Refund Policy

We have a NO RETURN Policy for Dog/Cat ID Tags and Aquarium tank/Crate Name Plates due to these are custom made orders.

We are not responsible for Delivered orders that get lost.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items CANNOT be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Mistakes made on the Pet Name or Personal information lines by customer will not be refunded or replaced. If you DO NOT like the design, you chose we CANNOT refund item or replace it. PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS CORRECT AND TO YOUR LIKING AT CHECKOUT. Upon checking your order, emails or text messages with the information that was requested to be placed on the tag; if we determine that the mistake was in our part, we will send you a return label through email at our cost. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a replacement with the correct information. Items will be shipped at our normal shipping times.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 10 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Upon contacting us, if we believe your item qualifies for a Return; to be eligible your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to email a copy of receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at mymemorablepets@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your request for a return, we will respond to you in 1-2 business days. We will notify you in 1-2 business days once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  Once it has been approved you will receive an email from us between 1-3 business days to notify you of the return approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Keep in mind of Bank and Credit Card processing policies, it may take several business days to see your refund in your account.
